Shipping & Returns


Orders are dispatched daily Monday to Friday.  Our courier collections take place around 2pm and we aim to dispatch all orders placed before our daily collections.

We can only dispatch orders on weekdays and delivery schedules are only applicable to weekdays (excluding public holidays) from the date of your dispatch confirmation.

Service options are dependant on product selection and will be presented at the checkout.

Shipping schedule for orders with pre-order items will be dependent upon the product ordered, date of purchase, and production schedule.  Pre-order items can also be affected by customs delays which may extend the dispatch date. Lead times can vary between 2 – 16 weeks.  In all cases we will liaise directly with you by email to give you a guide of the expected dispatch date.



If you need to send an order or product back to us for a refund or exchange, please be sure to include your name, order number, contact information and of course your desired course of action. 

If you believe you have a faulty product, please email us at including your name, order number, contact information, date of purchase, a description of the fault you are experiencing and photographs of the fault before sending goods back to us. In the event we need you to send the product back to us we will advise during our liaison with you.
